I manage IT projects, combining leadership experience with a technical understanding of architecture.
Privately, I am passionate about psychology and the game development process, which helps me analyze technical solutions from a user perspective. At mLab AI, I managed the cooperation with a foundation, translating their needs into specific technical requirements and an MVP concept.
About the project and team
Grantoteka
A foundation worker accurately settles expenses from multiple grants in one place.

- The foundation entered invoices into several places at once, leading to errors, budget overruns and time-consuming report preparation for donors.

- A desktop app for tracking documents and grants, splitting costs across projects and automatically generating reports.

- Maintained ongoing communication with the association, explaining key technical issues to non-technical members to ensure full understanding.

Learned to translate Agile theory into practice while defining team operational frameworks and to design database architectures and mobile app modules.
