About the project
- Problem
- Information about needs circulates through phone calls and spreadsheets, leading to a lack of a shared picture and duplicated efforts.

A platform with a registry of organisations and roles, a crisis event creation module, and a system for reporting needs and declaring resources.

- Prepared an application prototype featuring an interactive event map, an admin panel, and an organization verification system.
- Conducted requirements analysis and workshops with Fundacja Q, establishing the MVP scope and resource management logic for crisis situations.
- Identified and documented bugs in alert handling and resource allocation during application acceptance tests.
- Organized and conducted pilot training for organizations from Nowa Dęba, presenting the finished solution to users.

- Designed and deployed a hosting architecture on Azure using PostgreSQL, Redis, and App Service.
- Implemented a secure registration system based on invitation tokens and protection mechanisms against brute-force and DoS attacks.
- Rebuilt the Server-Sent Events (SSE) architecture with connection limits and a heartbeat system, eliminating session errors.
- Developed an admin log system with an advanced recursive undo mechanism and data conflict analysis.

- Built an interactive map of alerts and events using Leaflet.js with full CRUD support.
- Designed the Resource Matrix subpage featuring a timeline table, filters, and a resource allocation module.

- Delivered a system presentation and onboarded organization representatives during a meeting in Nowa Dęba.
